Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Forecast, plan, and schedule production workflows based on customer orders
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors to define priorities in the production schedule
• Utilize the company ERP system to create and analyze reports to determine optimal scheduling methods
• Monitor job progress closely from creation through to completion
• Enter inventory information and confirm physical inventory as needed
• Analyze and evaluate inventory and delivery problems to recommend effective solutions
• Proactively identify potential production conflicts to minimize errors and maximize customer experience
• Provide data required to forecast estimates and schedules for goods in process
• Ensure all safety and quality goals are consistently met

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Associate Degree in a Business discipline is a plus)
• 2 years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing operation setting preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically using pivot tables and V-Lookups
• Experience working within an ERP system (SAGE preferred)
• Ability to read, write, and interpret reports, instructions, and safety rules
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and reach up to 50lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
