Production Scheduler II

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer demands
• Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks that may impact the schedule
• Continuously improve scheduling processes to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing, or supply chain management
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in production control
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
