Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Update production schedules in INFOR and maintain associated tracking tools
• Support Production Planners and interface with production supervisors to address scheduling gaps
• Prepare and distribute fabrication packages to Mechanical Supervisors
• Generate and maintain weekly production reports for the Production Planning Manager
• Revise and reschedule orders due to expedited orders, material shortages, or cancellations
• Prepare daily line efficiency reports and track production status

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably INFOR/SyteLine
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
