Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across all product categories
• Convert monthly production plans into detailed weekly and daily schedules
• Sequence production to optimize throughput and minimize changeovers
• Integrate state and company regulatory requirements into all production schedules
• Coordinate production timing with state traceability systems like METRC
• Monitor and manage WIP and Finished Goods inventory
• Build and maintain capacity models by department and process
• Coordinate schedules with QA for sampling, testing, and release timing
• Maintain clean, accurate scheduling data across ERP and reporting tools
• Track key metrics including schedule adherence, plan attainment, and inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment as a Production Supervisor or similar supply chain/procurement role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• High attention to detail and due diligence
• Superior communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management skills
• Must pass all required background checks
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau
• Experience with State Tracking systems (METRC, Biottrack, or MJ Freeway)
