Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Program, coordinate, and control production schedules to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze production capacity and material shortages to generate daily production orders.
• Resolve issues related to production scheduling and workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer and business requirements.
• Monitor operator workflows, inventory levels, capacity constraints, machinery failures, and product quality.

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma or an Engineering degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain management.
• Intermediate proficiency in SAP, specifically within the production and material master modules.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in English (CV must be submitted in English).
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday (including Saturdays) with 24/7 availability (ADF) as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed university degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP D&O access modules.
• Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization.
