Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Schedule Work Orders according to the Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling (MPS)
• Convert Planned Orders into Work Orders and ensure timely launch in production
• Coordinate daily with logistics, material planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth production runs
• Monitor Work Order progress through close collaboration with Line Managers and production units
• Provide weekly feedback to planning teams to update the MPS based on operational constraints
• Ensure data accuracy related to Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings
• Define and implement improvement actions for material delivery and operational challenges
• Alert supply chain teams regarding issues such as missing parts or quality concerns
• Contribute to minimizing product throughput time and maintaining optimum Work In Progress (WIP)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in production, scheduling, sequencing, or operational supply chain within a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Knowledge of industrial planning, logistics, inventory management, and material planning
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Commitment to respecting Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules
