Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Manage the production planning horizon for the next 6 weeks within the ERP system
• Create and launch manufacturing orders to ensure timely start of shop floor services
• Guarantee production deadline commitments for finished products
• Perform coverage analyses and communicate priorities to procurement, production, and warehouse teams
• Ensure regular supply of parts to the production line and manage line servicing
• Update and maintain production management data, including lead times and operation synchronization
• Manage the application of modifications and technical changes within the production flow
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within your assigned sector

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree in Supply Chain or a related field (solid experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of macros is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment
