About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare feasible production schedule scenarios for assembly and in-house parts to support weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) routines
  • Lead and animate weekly short-term operational routines, including analyzing production status and controlling resource capacity (manpower, machinery, and materials)
  • Prepare and lead Weekly Master Production meetings to ensure firm commitments and prevent planning postponements
  • Design recovery plans when schedule deviations occur, assessing impacts on workforce, strategic tooling, and delivery dates
  • Manage work order creation and authorization by converting and releasing orders based on MPS decisions
  • Maintain system integrity by checking MRP parameters, results, and messages within IT planning tools
  • Build and analyze KPIs to measure execution and delivery performance, defining subsequent improvement and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Program, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, and Quality to implement strategy changes

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Industrial Management
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with MRP II principles, including S&OP, MPS, and MRP
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts within a production environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional and multi-site networks
  • Authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

  • APICS CPIM (Level 1) certification
