Production Runner

Responsibilities

• Execute various errands and tasks associated with talent and production for shows at White River Amp.
• Deliver and retrieve items from local stores, vendors, airports, hotels, and laundry services.
• Provide transportation for personnel throughout the show day using a personal vehicle or rental van.
• Maintain professional and personable interactions with touring and venue personnel.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding talent and production details.
• Manage cash and receipts throughout the day.
• Assist with backstage production duties and ensure stage areas are clean and free of clutter.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Have reliable transportation and an operational cell phone.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the local area, including businesses and locations.
• Availability to work long shifts, including nights and weekends (typical show days run 16-18 hours).
• Ability to pass thorough background and driving record checks.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
• Previous experience in a live music environment or a comparable production role.
