Production Runner

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to talent and bands
• Retrieve and deliver equipment, paperwork, and other necessary items
• Ensure stage and backstage areas remain clean and free of clutter
• Assist with stage production tasks, including show pass and guest list distribution
• Support the Green Room Server with artist needs
• Perform opening, running, and closing side duties according to company policy
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Possession of a properly working automobile and proof of insurance
• An exceptional driving record
• Knowledge of touring or stage production operations
• Ability to work late, extended hours and maintain a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs
• Strong communication skills and punctuality
• Familiarity with the local region to locate restaurants, stores, and attractions

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
• Previous experience in a live music environment or a comparable role
