Production Responsible

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all stages of the brake pad manufacturing process
• Lead and develop the production team, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment
• Implement continuous improvements in production processes to meet quality and delivery standards
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations (ISO, IATF)
• Collaborate with management and other departments to align production goals with market needs

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Electromechanical, Automatic, or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial environments
• Proven experience in team management, supervision, and production scheduling
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes such as mixing, pressing, curing, and grinding
• Familiarity with industry quality and safety regulations (ISO, IATF, etc.)
• Fluent Spanish and advanced level of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Specific experience in the manufacture of friction components like brake pads
