Production Relief Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment supporting cheese making operations, including pasteurizers and specialized machinery
• Support warehouse operations by moving products and packages using a forklift
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Visually inspect products during receiving, processing, and packaging to identify defects
• Record and interpret data to optimize cheese making and storage operations
• Communicate effectively with operators, leaders, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of manufacturing production experience
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and initiative
• Commitment to safe and quality-conscious work habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food or dairy manufacturing
