Production Quality Intern

Responsibilities

• Support a fast-growing team in setting up a new production location for automotive electronics components in Kaunas
• Participate in operative engineering projects by creating daily and weekly reports (NQE)
• Monitor KPIs and prepare templates for Level boards
• Coordinate and track project progress to ensure goals are met and maintain communication flow within the team
• Assist in tracking product flow from the Q-lab back to production
• Perform statistical analysis of sample parts scrap and support other Quality Process Control (QPC) tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
• Availability for a full-time, 6-month internship period
• Proactive attitude with a methodical and analytic mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in quality assurance or production engineering
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
