Production Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality interface for assigned P0 projects within the Visibility Systems Business Group.
• Monitor and control process modification compliance and ensure adherence to the 4M matrix for product or process changes.
• Guarantee compliance with Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP), specifically regarding Safety Product and Process Characteristics (SPPC).
• Coordinate with the Purchasing team to track supplier progress and manage quality issues.
• Participate in Design Reviews and Final Design Process Reviews (FDPR).
• Prepare documentation for Project Validation Committees (PVC) and Change Management Committees.
• Manage the Initial Sample documentation and prepare it for client approval.
• Lead and participate in Project QRQC meetings to resolve issues and update quality tracking charts.
• Review Control Plans following identified problems or test results.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar quality engineering role.
• English proficiency at a B2-C1 level.
• Geographic mobility.
• Strong orientation toward results and ability to work in an international, multicultural team environment.
• Professionalism, transparency, and a passion for the automotive industry.
