About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage workstation validation audits and ensure compliance with group quality standards during the industrialization of new vehicle ranges.
- Analyze potential failures in new products and manufacturing processes based on assembly documentation modifications to update product control plans.
- Coordinate and plan quality activities in alignment with project milestones, working cross-functionally with technical, methods, HSE, and logistics teams.
- Provide methodological support for FMEA (AMDEC), risk analysis, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Monitor and update production quality indicators and performance analyses to produce weekly reports.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac + 5) from an Engineering School or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in production quality management.
- Proficiency in quality tools including 8D, AMDEC (FMEA), PDCA, QRQC, and Lean methodologies.
- Experience using ERP systems, specifically SAP, and technical data management tools.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong technical expertise, decision-making capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
