About the role
Responsibilities
- Validate production means through participation in PFMEA reviews and control plans
- Manage process homologation and develop/improve quality documents
- Train operators and controllers
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Manage non-conformities
Requirements
- Master's degree (Engineering school or technical university)
- Ideally two years of experience in the aeronautics sector
- Experience in industrial production quality management
- Knowledge of quality tools (8D, capability, PFMEA, and control plan)
- Proficiency in office software
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work
