Production QA

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance aspects of new product implementation and maintain consistent production quality from vendors.
• Identify key risk areas and implement mitigation actions during the production process.
• Perform product audits and inspections to secure final quality standards and provide feedback to vendors.
• Train and calibrate production and final inspectors to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Lead improvement projects related to production processes and share best practices with suppliers.
• Manage product deviations by performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate potential new suppliers' production facilities and quality management systems.
• Ensure all necessary product documentation is created and maintained at vendor sites.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience within the home furnishings sector.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of home furnishing constructions, materials, and quality levels.
• Strong understanding of production processes, technologies, and regulatory standards.
• Basic English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Chinese.
• Proximity to Bien Hoa, Tam Phuoc, or Trang Bom in Dong Nai, Vietnam.
• Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
