Production Process Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute activities related to the cement production process, from raw material grinding to cement grinding.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure operating devices remain within established parameters.
• Follow all internal and manufacturer-provided operating, control, and safety instructions.
• Monitor material dosage variations through visual inspection and review of loading records.
• Collect material samples for laboratory analysis to ensure quality and volume standards.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace and care for all provided tools and safety equipment.
• Operate within the Integrated Management System, adhering to all company schedules and shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Production, or Quality Control.
• At least 2 years of experience in the industrial sector (preferably in mining or cement).
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the cement manufacturing process.
• Experience with sampling techniques.
• Basic mechanical maintenance and electrical skills.
