Production Process Management

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, supervise, and control workloads for digital educational production teams to ensure process compliance.
• Analyze process efficiency frequently to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and update tracking dashboards and standardized reports regarding progress, workloads, timelines, and resources.
• Supervise, validate, and standardize information to ensure data consistency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with leadership guidelines by consolidating information and issuing strategic recommendations.
• Support leadership with timely and reliable analytical information to back strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Management, Consulting, or e-learning.
• Proven experience in Project Coordination or Data Analysis.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong team coordination and collaborative skills.
• Effective communication and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Administration, Engineering, Educational Technology, Innovation, Project Management, or Systems.
