Production Plant Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor pumping systems and perform routine maintenance or replacement
• Maintain mechanical, electromechanical, and gaseous chlorination equipment
• Detect and resolve operational anomalies in drinking water production plants
• Participate in the maintenance and monitoring of continuous measurement equipment
• Perform adjustments and routine operation of production facilities
• Conduct new works, repairs, and water sampling
• Perform simple on-site drinking water quality tests
• Record data in operational databases
• Receive and unload chemical treatment products
• Coordinate interventions on plant equipment and monitor water quality
• Participate in plant on-call shifts and reservoir washing maneuvers

Requirements

• Experience in a similar or equivalent role
• Electromechanical training preferred
• Knowledge of measurement equipment maintenance preferred
• Proficiency in Windows (Excel & Word) and Google Suite
• Ability to work autonomously with relevant reporting
• Rigorous, methodical, and proactive mindset
• Valid driver's license (V.L.) required
