Production Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage production planning for the vaccine factory
• Coordinate and manage production plans and supply schedules with overseas partners
• Establish product-specific production plans and strategies based on demand forecasting and manage performance
• Analyze production performance and key indicator data to create reports
• Estimate product inventory and raw material requirements and manage production orders
• Propose and execute improvements for production processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3 to 10 years of professional experience
• Major in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Biology
• Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in improving production-related systems such as ERP or WMS
• Experience in overall SCM and logistics management
• Experience working in major corporations or within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
