Production Planning Specialist L1

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze weekly customer forecasts to match them with plant capacity
• Create short-term production schedules based on customer forecasts and priorities
• Ensure long-term forecasts are correctly uploaded in SAP for raw material ordering
• Maintain daily contact with customers or Customer Service Centers (CSC) regarding coverage, shortage risks, and transit information
• Elaborate the weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor stock levels at both the CSC and the plant, including backlog monitoring
• Lead daily accountability meetings with the production team to ensure planning achievement
• Provide weekly reporting on the delivery situation

Requirements

• BAC+5 degree in Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or a maximum of 1 year of experience in a logistics position
• Functional knowledge and skills in logistics and supply chain operations
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
