Production Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop feasible mid-term production plans (4-18 months) and short-term Master Production Schedules (13 weeks) to optimize manufacturing output.
• Perform Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) considering machine, labor, and supplier capacity.
• Identify capacity constraints and supply scenarios to mitigate risks and improve service levels.
• Lead the Supply Review meeting and support Pre-S&OP and Executive S&OP preparations.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Material, and Production planners to align schedules across the supply network.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage dysfunctional stock, and maintain production master data quality.
• Propagate constrained production plans downstream and manage warehouse-to-warehouse inventory movements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Commercial apprenticeship.
• 2-5 years of experience in Production Planning and/or Supply Chain Planning.
