Production Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the production planning and master scheduling function, translating Integrated Business Planning demand into executable plans across a global manufacturing network.
• Act as a key integrator across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Own planning-related master data in collaboration with Enterprise Information Management to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Drive operational excellence through production schedule releases and inventory optimization using Demand Driven MRP principles.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing planning team, supporting long-term career development and performance improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or materials planning.
• Proven people management experience leading a team.
• Advanced expertise in SAP (including MRP, bills of material, routings, lead times, and lot sizes).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex analysis and scenario modeling.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/office-based capacity (at least 3 days per week in Reedsville, PA).
