Production Planning & Inventory Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the team responsible for optimizing operational assets and workforce scheduling to meet production, distribution, and customer requirements
• Oversee production and material planning, material movement, warehousing, and inventory management for RM/PM and finished goods
• Lead the end-to-end Supply Network pillar as part of the Integrated Lean 6 Sigma journey to identify and eliminate supply chain losses
• Drive plant warehouse performance and ensure delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, retain, and build technical and behavioral capabilities within the team
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and maintain compliance with company standards and local laws

Requirements

• Strong operational and supply chain experience within the FMCG industry
• Proven experience using LEAN or 6 Sigma tools and concepts
• Deep knowledge of material and production planning, inventory control, and warehouse operations
• Strong financial and business acumen combined with effective project management skills
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities in a team-based environment
• Demonstrated ability in analytics, problem-solving, and team building

Preferred Qualifications

• Tertiary education in an applicable field
