About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on manufacturing optimization projects
- Take ownership of specific tasks within optimization initiatives
- Support the series production readiness of new product lines
- Assist in the holistic optimization of production areas
- Participate in regular management meetings, including Shopfloor Management and Continuous Improvement Process (KVP) projects
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a comparable field of study
- Knowledge of Lean Production and/or Industry 4.0 is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Very good German language skills
- Structured working style and strong teamwork abilities
