Production Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely task completion
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet demands
• Order and track materials, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations for restocking to prevent shortages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on production plans and updates
• Generate reports on production performance, including productivity, efficiency, and quality
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices
• Proficiency in inventory management software and data entry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
