Production Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain product flow to support customer requirements and optimize inventory levels.
• Schedule procurement and manufacturing for specified product groups.
• Review material flow parameters including order quantity, lot size, and replenishment intervals.
• Manage raw material and semi-finished inventory buffer quantities.
• Monitor and report on capacity requirements, special orders, and stock service levels.
• Lead cross-functional projects to drive improvements in service, cost, and inventory efficiency.
• Utilize SAP, EWM, and Power BI to manage supply chain operations and data.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve inventory turns and service levels.
• Maintain planning master data and support new product introductions and phase-out processes.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or higher.
• Five (5) years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Experience with SAP or similar Manufacturing Execution/Planning systems.
• APICS (CPIM) certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or project experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Lean Scheduling.
• Experience with Microsoft VBA Macros, SQL, or MS Cloud Apps (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
