Production Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to drive improvements in service, cost, and inventory.
• Develop and maintain operating rhythms to ensure smooth supply chain operations and alignment of supply with demand.
• Maintain planning master data and support new product introduction and phase-in/phase-out processes.
• Provide high-level planning analysis to support business decision-making.
• Publish and present service and inventory metrics and results to management.
• Identify and lead projects to improve supply chain speed and optimize inventory investment.
• Collaborate with business units and manufacturing to align customer requirements with production capabilities.
• Utilize SAP, EWM, and Power BI to manage supply chain tools and processes.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve inventory turns and service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Three years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP/Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Lean Scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS (CPIM) certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or project experience.
• Experience with Microsoft VBA Macros, SQL, or MS Cloud Apps (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
