Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans across diverse product lines to ensure efficient and timely output
• Align production capacity with demand forecasts and adapt schedules to meet changing customer needs
• Contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by translating forecasts into actionable plans
• Support strategic decision-making with insights regarding capacity, resources, and timelines
• Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve planning-related processes
• Partner with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth operational flow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of make-to-stock, configure-to-order, and engineer-to-order production processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems; knowledge of SAP APO is a significant plus
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
