Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Work closely with production supervisors, Supply Chain, manufacturing, and quality engineers to ensure schedules and priorities are met.
• Release work packets for various programs according to the Division master schedule and program network plans.
• Maintain ERP planning data, including lead-times, lot sizes, inventory transfers, and policy codes.
• Review and analyze material order requirements to ensure timely order launch for production schedules.
• Compile and complete job packets for the manufacturing floor, including drawings, parts lists, and assembly instructions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Supplier Operations to status and expedite purchase orders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP); SAP experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance (requires US Citizenship).
