Production Planner II

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supply and fulfilment planning within MRP for Production work orders
• Release work orders to Production and kit requests to Inventory
• Create visibility of material position using line of balance, shortage, and clear to build reports
• Support prioritization and expediting subassemblies to support integration timelines
• Ensure part master data within MRP is accurate for Production parts
• Understand material demand and accuracy of configuration
• Work in a cross-functional team environment to achieve company-wide goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years total work experience
• Proven ability to conduct clear build reviews and expedite materials
• Knowledge of Production Planning fundamentals (master data management, batch processing, issue ticket disposition)
• Proficiency in MRP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, math, and statistics

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in aerospace, EV automotive, or disruptive manufacturing
• Experience in a rapid growth environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with AS9100 and US export controls
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R
