Production Planner II

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily flow of work and operate the work order system to align production with the MPS.
• Drive production efficiency by ensuring on-time starts, aligning WIP, and eliminating aged work orders.
• Plan and forecast material replenishment to support variable demand requirements.
• Drive the acceptance and continuous improvement of the Kanban system.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to improve service, quality, inventory, and order fulfillment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of material control systems such as MRP or SAP.
• Expertise in project management and complex problem-solving.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected asylum/refugee status) due to export control laws.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Materials Management, SIOP, or Inventory Management.
• Background in Procurement Logistics and Manufacturing operations.
• Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and driving organizational change.
