Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly production plans for the factory/product lines, including resource planning
• Monitor and report performance against established plans
• Prepare weekly workforce allocation plans to ensure adequate staffing based on demand forecasts
• Plan and coordinate product and process testing and inspection
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform inventory control activities
• Collect and analyze cost factors, market dynamics, and supplier alternatives
• Identify, report, and escalate non-compliance with policies or regulations

Requirements

• Experience in production scheduling and organization
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis for process optimization
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP software
• Knowledge of industrial processes and material flows
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving and time management abilities
