Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Create detailed maintenance schedules for tooling, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure tools are production-ready
• Independently carry out order planning for tool maintenance using provided systems (e.g., MES)
• Coordinate and prioritize scheduling with internal and external tool shops, holding them accountable for timelines
• Work closely with production teams to minimize disruptions by servicing tools during downtime or according to production needs
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials effectively to meet maintenance timelines
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, tool performance, and repairs
• Prepare and distribute internal information and reports, including trending data for preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, accident prevention, and quality regulations

Requirements

• 3-year technical apprenticeship completed
• Advanced technician or master craftsman training
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable function within the field of injection molds
• Advanced Excel skills for building and managing spreadsheets
• Well-established moderation and presentation techniques
• Solid, structured way of working
