Production Planner

About the Company

Filtronic is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance RF, microwave and millimetre-wave technologies. Our products support customers across telecommunications infrastructure, aerospace, defence, space and critical communications.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and coordinate production plans to support customer delivery and efficient manufacturing resource use
• Convert customer orders and demand signals into achievable manufacturing plans
• Monitor material availability, capacity, and work-in-progress management
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP planning data
• Support daily and weekly production planning reviews and provide updates on risks and progress
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and production flow

Requirements

• Experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, scheduling, or materials control
• Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, electronics, or high-reliability environment
• Good working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Strong Excel skills
• Understanding of production flow, capacity planning, and material availability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, RF, microwave, semiconductor, aerospace, or defence sectors
• Experience supporting NPI, engineering change, or production ramp-up activity
