Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the sales division to determine and meet customer requirements
• Develop detailed production schedules to ensure predicted completion dates are met
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, HR, and maintenance to ensure availability of workers, materials, and machinery
• Monitor project progress and troubleshoot production issues such as staff shortages or machinery malfunctions
• Monitor production and raw material costs to maintain efficiency
• Collect and assess data regarding production and team performance
• Prepare production process reports for upper management and suggest efficiency improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in production planning or a similar role
• Proven management experience of similar dimensions
• University degree in Management Engineering, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or Economics
• Mandatory fluency in English
