About the Company

Catalys Lubrifiants is a family business built across generations since 1945. Today, the company operates four production and packaging units, as well as 15 warehouses across the country, serving as a key supplier of lubricants and related products.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities related to operations in collaboration with the Operations Director
  • Establish production schedules for bulk products and packaging (cans, drums, totes)
  • Coordinate mixing, filling, and labeling planning based on stock, forecasts, and orders
  • Plan production for DEF and liquids considering seasonality and stock rotation
  • Monitor material availability and collaborate with the purchasing department
  • Ensure deadlines are met in collaboration with internal teams
  • Adjust production schedules based on unforeseen events
  • Maintain up-to-date planning data in the ERP system
  • Participate in inventory management (safety stocks, FIFO, and cycle counts)
  • Track key performance indicators (production efficiency, planning variances, etc.)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and reduction of production losses
  • Design and present reports and KPIs
  • Maintain effective communication with various internal departments

Requirements

  • Diploma in project management, production planning, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in production planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
  • Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in both French and English (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations
