Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor the start-up critical path to ensure production alignment.
• Report supply data into internal systems and maintain high levels of data accuracy.
• Monitor on-time deliveries and troubleshoot issues with team members and business partners.
• Manage work order creation and manufacturer management using Stealth systems.
• Execute SAP activities related to the creation and management of purchase orders.
• Liaise with the Start UP, PE, and Purchasing teams regarding BOMs, technical information, and raw material requirements.
• Coordinate with Order Management to ensure timely receipt of sales orders and production order creation.
• Prepare regular updates for weekly production meetings and manage raw material allocation.

Requirements

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to react effectively to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP, Sedapta, Stealth 3K, SQL, or Power BI.
