Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and control production processes considering raw material availability and capacity
• Review and approve production proposals within the ERP system
• Monitor production progress and implement corrective measures when deviations occur
• Adjust production plans in response to changing customer requirements
• Ensure and optimize inventory levels
• Coordinate closely with production, customer service, and laboratory departments
• Maintain master data and planning parameters in the ERP system
• Create and track production and transfer orders

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent professional background
• Professional experience in a commercial environment, ideally in supply chain, production planning, or dispatching
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Good English language skills
• Structured, reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
