Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Elaborate and monitor production planning and scheduling
• Perform material planning and control to ensure raw material availability for demand fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels, coverage, and replenishment needs
• Analyze production capacity and support the definition of production plans
• Track performance indicators related to production, materials, and customer service
• Identify deviations in the production plan and propose corrective actions
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, and Sales departments to align demands
• Prepare management reports and analyses using Excel
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for planning and control processes

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Proven experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP)
• Experience in material and production programming
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Availability to work onsite in Guarulhos/SP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis tools and indicators such as Power BI, SAP, or Oracle
