Production Planner and Controller

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales forecasts and customer orders to forecast production schedules and procurement needs
• Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
• Manage suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time
• Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Oversee the execution of the production schedule with the Production Team to ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• Prepare reports on procurement performance, production performance, and schedule variances
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets and track expenditure with the Finance Team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 3-8 years of proven experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O is preferred
• Knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana is a plus
• Fluency in English and Dutch
