Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Optimize production flows and manage daily planning to ensure efficient factory operations
• Manage inventory levels for self-manufactured items
• Handle sub-contracting (lego) operations with external suppliers
• Maintain and update item data within the ERP system
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives following Alfa Laval methodology
• Collaborate closely with production, purchasing, and production engineering teams

Requirements

• Relevant higher education and/or professional experience in production planning and inventory management
• Practical knowledge of LEAN production principles
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with MS Dynamics AX or D365
