Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a realistic, achievable Production Schedule
• Manage and optimise equipment and technician utilisation
• Identify potential bottlenecks and resolve or escalate
• Partner with Procurement to identify and resolve raw material constraints
• Communicate delivery dates with Revenue Operations teams
• Set accurate internal lead times for finished goods within the ERP
• Align with Purchasing and Order Management teams to resolve schedule gaps
• Coordinate with Production Engineering teams to minimise downtime

Requirements

• 2+ years in production planning, inventory management, or manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of production planning methodology and critical path analysis
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (Salesforce desirable)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of production forecasting and capacity planning
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently in environments with frequent change
