Production Packer

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment to meet quality standards and production rates
• Adjust equipment settings such as speeds, pressures, and temperatures to ensure product quality
• Perform timely and accurate quality checks and notify supervisors of any defects
• Maintain superior housekeeping and 5S standards in the workspace
• Record and maintain production data, including meter readings and material quantities
• Follow all plant safety rules, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• 2 years of industrial warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts (7pm-7:30am)
• Ability to wear steel toe shoes
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments, including heat and humidity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
