Production Packer

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned plant areas while learning troubleshooting techniques
• Maintain high quality standards in accordance with the quality management system and GMP
• Maximize production through effective time management and smooth team transitions
• Perform minor maintenance and maintain housekeeping in assigned areas
• Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) efforts and participate in EHS and SOP training
• Work overtime as required to meet production and customer shipment demands
• Maintain a dependable attendance record and a positive attitude toward peers and management

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and high degree of integrity
• Ability to work in a production environment with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment
