Production Packer

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned plant areas and learn new processes
• Maintain high quality standards in accordance with the quality management system and GMP
• Perform minor maintenance and support TPM efforts in assigned work areas
• Maximize production through effective time management and smooth team transitions
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the assigned area of responsibility
• Participate in regular training for EHS, Quality, and SOP updates
• Work overtime as needed to meet production and customer requirements

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and high degree of integrity
• Ability to work in a production environment with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment
