Production Operator/Resin Mix Operator

Responsibilities

• Support production operations to ensure processes follow standard operating procedures
• Produce material to the correct quality, quantity, and timescale to meet customer requirements
• Work in a safe manner in strict adherence to company safety policies
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in line with Aerospace Standards
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working within a shift pattern
• Basic safety-related work training
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and high-quality standards
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency with software-based processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP
