Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform daily product care and machine setup (setting machines and products)
• Cooperate with other departments to resolve machine setting issues
• Independently set up machines, equipment, and fixtures
• Configure correct machine parameters and conduct testing
• Perform required measurements and troubleshoot minor defects
• Fine-tune and optimize the production process

Requirements

• Technical secondary school education (SOU) with a focus on mechanical engineering
• Professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical and manual skills
• Reliability, independence, and a sense of responsibility
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work methodically
