Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, disassembly, and regeneration of automotive parts according to specifications
• Operate machines and equipment on the assembly line
• Maintain required process documentation
• Conduct testing and packaging of products

Requirements

• Availability to work in a 3-shift system
• Fluency in the Polish language (both written and spoken) for effective communication
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Openness to learning and adapting to change
• Previous experience in a similar production role is a plus
